Summer Enrichment
These scholarships enable elementary, middle school, and high school applicants to pursue their educational interests beyond those programs offered by the school system. They are not to be used to fund tuition for courses offered as a part of the school curricula. They enable students to meet, work, and compete with other students locally, statewide, and nationally. Up to $250 of these scholarships each year is supported by the Bellville Lions Club Enrichment Scholarship.
For a student to qualify, the program selected must be educational in nature. The Foundation may award up to a maximum of 50% of the program’s tuition cost. Financial need and other available grant and tuition monies are considered when determining the amount to be awarded to an individual student.
For 2023, the application deadline is June 30th and the scholarship recipients will be notified in July.
